About Me

My name is Amber Miller and in 2007 I flipped my first house.  This was after years of reading books and blogs about real estate investing that left me more confused than action ready.  One of my challenges in learning something new was there was information scattered everywhere with no clear path.

Once I realized that house flipping was something I wanted to do on a larger scale I ran into the same challenge.  Information overload. How to find good deals...how to partner with other investors...what you should repair...it was endless.  

As I completed more projects I started to get requests from others looking to get started.  I realized that there were people who were not only interested in my process but who were interested in getting started (or getting back to) flipping.  

This business was started while I had a full-time career so balance is something I know all about.  It was not my intention to build a business but once I realized that house flipping allowed me flexibility I couldn't achieve any other way I was hooked.
