If any of these ideas have crossed your mind then you are in the right place. And you don't have to have all the answers right now when it comes to house flipping. Maybe you're working towards signing for that first flip. Or maybe you're trying to increase the profit on your next flip. I've been here and I can help. Join this masterclass as I share the lessons I've learned flipping more than 150 properties.
After being fed up with a "go nowhere" career I decided I had to do something different. In 2007, I decided that I had to flip "just one house" because I needed to know if I could actually do it. I had zero experience in real estate or construction and banks thought flipping was "too risky." Despite the economic environment, I bought my first flip in 2008 and made a 28K profit. The decision to flip houses was pivotal in my life.
I got my contractor license in 2010 and my real estate license in 2013 when I finally left my corporate career and made house flipping my full-time business.
To date, I have completed more than 150+ flips (and counting) and I want to help others achieve the same success.
